Season tender beef cubes with fresh crushed garlic, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Refrigerate two to six hours. Skewer beef alternately with chunks of red onions and cherry tomatoes. Brush skewers with Ida’s gourmet dressing and place on pre-heated grill grates. Cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is achieved.
Wash a pint container of small button mushrooms and pat dry. Place in medium bowl and pour 1/2 cup of Ida’s Gourmet Dressing over mushrooms and mix well. Allow to marinade for 1-2 hours, mixing every 10 minutes. Drain excess dressing before placing mushrooms on serving platter lined with fresh greens.
