Refund Policy


Ida's Gourmet items are not eligible for return or exchange except in case of damage or breakage.

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email info@idasgourmet.comPlease write DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the damage, if possible. You need to inform info@idasgourmet.com of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact info@idasgourmet.com so that we can assist you. Please write DEFECTIVE ITEM in the subject line. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please note all returns are subject to the discretion of info@idasgourmet.com.
